A summary of findings the growth of highly ordered magnetic material (Fe-Ni) quantum dots in porous Anodic Aluminum Oxide film is presented. In this experiment two step anodization processes is carried out to get highly ordered pore arrays. The Fe-Ni quantum dot arrays are fabricated by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). The Anodic Aluminum Oxide template pore arrays and quantum dot arrays were observed using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM).
